Admin understand that this board is lacking in structure and would like to encourage members of each species to submit a draft of a structure for their species.
There are no guarantees, but if we like your proposal and choose to adopt it, you will be chosen as the first leader of your species to allow your structure to flourish under your rule. Take caution though.. your position as leader is not safeguarded and leadership changes can and will happen through the course of roleplay.
